The Top 3 Things That Hold Women Back From Their Creativity.

It all started when…

I sent a bunch of women from ages 25 to 65 a survey, asking what held them back from expressing their creativity.

They responded in all sorts of ways, but I was able to narrow it down to the top 3 reasons women block their own creativity.

Here they are:

1. "Not enough time with other work/responsibilities."

2. "I'm not sure I have anything to say."

3. "I have trouble finishing what I start."

Can you relate? I know I can. But as someone who has made a life out of creative projects, these are reasons I've had to learn how to overcome. I'm not perfect at it, but after completing dozens of projects for myself and helping other women do the same, I have some tips.

Only you know if pushing down your creativity is hurting your spirit. If you're sick of feeling that gnawing dissatisfaction, I invite you to take one step forward into your deeper, more expressive self. There's nothing like it.
